Oneplus is a Chinese mobile company. It is a comparatively young business compared to a


variety of other mobile tech giants in the industry. Marketing strategy for OnePlus has never
been limited to one mode. Through a smooth combination of products, the organisation has
helped to build a network of committed and loyal customers. OnePlus created a scarcity
circumstance when the phone was just released where not everybody could purchase the
product even though the audience was having a taste of the product and enjoyed it. Under
this exclusivity scheme that OnePlus introduced, you might only have received the phone if

It is important to notice that OnePlus uses another superb tactic that includes relying on the
popularity of certain companies or celebrities to increase visibility and attract people's
attention to their goods. Latest partnership with Netflix India was one indication of this.
OnePlus India became the first to unleash the first look from season 2 of the much-
anticipated series Sacred Games. It reported that its company captured the images, and this
marketing plan also from the series' avid supporters powered a tonne of visits to their social
media accounts. Surprisingly, OnePlus not only used Netflix 's impact, but also engaged

There are many things which impresses me, but the main 2 things are:

 The phone is cheap but quality does not compromise. It is priced fairly low with a
large performance ratio.
 The company has only online sales, which is good because the price of the products
is genuine. There is only 1 fixed price. You don’t need to look for the product
somewhere else for the price comparison.

According to me, the strategy of the company is great as they are booming the social media.
The company should try to keep the cost of the product low. The first target group of
customers being the social teenagers, it is necessary for the company to gather to
feedbacks about the devices that they are using and their preferences. This will help in
identifying the current trend and what features are attracting the current generations.
Also, the country should distribute the phone via service providers. It will help them to
increase their sales and to reach out to every person.
I choose Japan as the target market entry for my country, Saputo due to the following
reasons.

 Entry in the Asian market- The company has the global presence in Australia, USA,
Europe and Argentina only. To enter in the Asian market, Japan is suitable for the
company as the market of Japan is stable.
 Educated labour- Japan has well educated labour, which will be beneficial for the
company as education brings openness to new ideas, and bring motivation among
the individuals.
 Loyalty- Japanese people are known for their loyalty and their dedication for the
work.
