Small business will change social problems in our city and country

Nowadays we can see a lot of business around our city has started to develop things to
change their goals and pay attention to their customers and environment. After some
years they have started to develop changes in their community: helping to clean rivers in
the city, planting trees, giving student scholarships and others. These are good news
because they can change the world step by step.

First of all, this change had a hard process, and a lot of small business died in the way.
If we see a business story, we can see some interesting changes along their story. From
the early 2000s to the ending of 2012, a lot of business was thinking only how to
increase their profits. After this time they started to make some changes as to strengthen
Human Resources, some years were good, and it increased their profits. When business
lost their money, they changed the strategy and started to be careful with their products.
This lasted a few years, and they had to need to change their strategy again and started
with customer relationship management. We are in a changing world, and it was
changed.

Consequently, these things opened the way to develop a new strategy, it was social
responsibility. It is a new form to help the environment and attend to social problems in
our city and country because we see things more close up than the government does.
Also, we can do everything quickly.

However, small business had some hurdles to do the change, for example, Licences. It is
an important thing for their activities, but when they go to the government office, they
have a lot of papers and high costs for it. Other example is the government tributes, like
SUNAT, business is starting, and they give them a lot of responsabilities, when the
small business is very careful with that and tries to be in rule, SUNAT try to sink the
small business. It was some bad news, and some business couldn't do everything and
died in the way.

Finally, a small business is trying to change the social problems and might in a close
time change our country.
