AFFIDAVIT OF FILIAL CONNECTION

I, GERALDINE ANDAGAN SARAUS, of legal age, married and a

resident of Poblacion, Sugbongcogon, Misamis Oriental, after having been duly
sworn to an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the half-sister of QUEENNY TABAMO, we of the same

mother to Virginia Baculio Tabamo;

2. That my mother was left a widow after the death of my father last
October 8, 1999;

3. That our mother has been cohabiting with Edison W. Cañete sometime
on July 2001;

4. That at the time of their cohabitation, QUEENNY TABAMO was

conceived and born on June 18, 2002 at Poblacion, Sugbongcogon,
Misamis Oriental;

5. That the fact of birth of said child was registered in the Office of the
Civil Registrar of Sugbongcogon, Misamis Oriental;

6. That I hereby acknowledge the said QUEENNY TABAMO to be my half-

sibling;

7. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

for whatever legal purpose it may serve;
