This document contains common defects found on sites as a result of poor material handling. These
defects should at all-time be avoided on sites as they may cause low grade of service; however, installers
should examine at point of receiving equipment and photographs of mechanical damage (dent, scratch etc)
should be taken, documented and shared with projects stakeholders immediately.
