    Subject: Resignation Letter.

    Dear Sir,

    With due respect, I beg to inform you that I have been working as an O & M
    Engineer and I started my service from 27th September 2012 under your
    disposal. During this period I tried my level best to serve you and your
    organization .At present, I am unable to continue my service with your
    organization and tender my resignation today, the 2 nd october 2014 which will
    be applicable on 2nd November 2014. From 2nd October 2014 to 2nd November
    2014 will be considered as my notice period which will be adjusted from earn
    leave (40days) and compensatory leave (10 days).

    I will not forget all the co-operation I received from you and all other my
    colleagues and like to thank you all for this.

    I, therefore, pray and hope that your honor would be kind enough to accept my
    resignation and oblige thereby.
