Managerial Body Application | 2020.2 Guidelines 1. Deadline for application submission is 11 July 2020, 11:59 PM. 2. Interviews will be held on 15 July- 19 July. 3. The application is to be sent only in PDF Format. 4. There are no restrictions on the font or design of the application. Page Limit is 25 Pages. 5. Write your letter of intent for applying for the Managerial Body 2020.2. 3. What is an Ideal MB for 2020.2, and what do you bring to this team? 4. What changes did you find in yourself in the current pandemic, that makes you a better fit for the MB. 5. Why should you not be selected for the Managerial Board 2020.2? 6. Take the following Personality Test and attach your result of the same in the application. Explain in detail, your results and your perspective on it.

Application | 2020.2 Section 2 : MB Questionnaire (Maximum 2 Portfolios) 1. Do a SWOT Analysis for the portfolio. (Considering the COVID-19 Situation) 2. What is your understanding of the product under the current situation? 3. How do you envision the product to grow for 2020.2? Mention any 2 innovations you would like to bring in the product? 4. What are the 3 things you would like to START, STOP and CONTINUE in your product? 5. How do you plan to lead a team virtually? Give a detailed description for each Team Standard. 6. How is the Golden Circle of AIESEC, extremely relevant? 7. Define your idea of leadership and compare between an ideal leadership and just leadership on the basis of the LDM? 8. Being in the MB for q1-q2, how will you ensure your experience evolves in q3-q4; What steps would you take differently? (to be answered by current MB) or Being a member in q1-q2, how would you ensure you transform in the MB role, given the huge difference in the roles and responsibilities? 1. Given in times, when everyone is going on social media for
detox, how would you ensure your team to be virtually connected, and not feel burnt out? 2. If there was a zombie apocalypse, people from which portfolio would you choose to fight it with and why? 3. If everyone in the world would be an exact copy of you, how would the world look like? 4. One of your MB members has breached the integrity of the organization, but is also the person you are closest to, how do you deal in such a situation? 5. How will you engage an uninterested GB member, and help them in growing with AIESEC; virtually? 6. Being on the MB, you have to attend Team Meetings, MB Meetings, Department Spaces, Department MBM; how do you ensure not being burnt out, or giving up on your responsibilities?
