    The logistics process of a company is one of the most complex to monitor, since
    there are a large number of elements to take into account: different states in
    which the products are located, geographic displacement or stages through
    which they pass throughout the process. Some of the Kpis would be: Number of
    suppliers managed. Delivery times by suppliers, as well as compliance or not.
    Refusals of suppliers' proposals. Purchase costs. 2. Forecasting and inventory
    management kpis. Examples of this type of logistics Kpis would be: Stock of raw
    materials and finished products. Inventory obsolescence. Inventory management
    and maintenance costs. Average inventory value. SKU number. 3. Storage kpi.
