I do not understand why CDR has this money & is processing such checks anyway.
ADAPT has a bank account & the money should have gone through that 501c3, rather
than one CIL or ADAPT chapter. As for the report, all I see is a list of questionable
accounting transactions. The Ford grant was to support emerging chapters & provide
training. So please provide:

* chapter contacts for those receiving money

* dates they were trained
* & who the trainers were

This email confirms that the Center for Disability Rights is sending you a check in the
amount of $ 8,712.50 for reimbursement of costs associated with the premier of the
ADAPT documentary.  It includes $ 8,500 in direct reimbursement and $ 212.50 in
interest because we were delayed in processing this check.  After CDR agreed to
process these checks, we had some problems in our Finance department.  This is not
meant to excuse the delay, but intended to explain it, and ensure that the delay does
not reflect badly either on NCIL or ADAPT.  We sincerely apologize for the
inconvenience and have taken responsibility for the delay by paying you interest on the
money due to you.
