MY CLASS EXPERIENCE
It is fun when you develop social qualities along
with yoga practice.
Moreover, I am grateful to have a loving
surrounding, where I feel comfortable enough
to go to class during times of stress and
tiredness.
Shivani ma’am is the ultimate multi-tasking
human machine. In each class, she gives us the
clearest instructions, demonstrate the poses, scan
the entire room to see who needs help, rush
gracefully to students who need assistance and
adjust them with a good combination of firmness
and gentleness.
I love how she corrects our postures and pushes
us to go further and try harder.
Students are asked to carry their smile along
with the yoga mat, which I feel, is appreciable.
Yoga releases my tension and keeps my body
relaxed and my mind peaceful.
I love the way she motivates all the students
confidently to do all the poses and makes us feel
relaxed and comfortable.
You are a magnificent instructor and trainer
and I hope you continue to inspire others and
change lives.
