 LEVELS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

▸ Artificial Narrow Intelligence

(ANI) : It excels only at a given task,
such as being a good chess player.

▸ Artificial General Intelligence(AGI):

Stronger AI, a computer which is as
smart as a human.

▸ Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) :

The strongest AI ever thought of,
can be compared to the all
powerful entity, or GOD.
A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF ARTIFICIAL SUPER INTELLIGENCE A.K.A. ASI

▸ It is the third level in the Artificial Intelligence Hierarchy,

beating humans, and every other known entity, real or
artificial, in intelligence by a landslide.

▸ Once AGI is achieved, it is only a matter of time before ASI

is achieved. It is because the computational power offered
to a computer is a thousand times more compared to a
human brain, and with no rest needed, it can vary from a
couple of hours to even years.

▸ It is supposed to be the Big Filter for the human existence,

and possibly, the Universe.
THERE ARE NO HARD PROBLEMS, ONLY PROBLEMS THAT
ARE HARD TO A CERTAIN LEVEL OF INTELLIGENCE. MOVE
THE SMALLEST BIT UPWARDS, AND SOME PROBLEMS
WILL SUDDENLY MOVE FROM “IMPOSSIBLE” TO
“OBVIOUS”. MOVE A SUBSTANTIAL DEGREE UPWARDS,
AND ALL OF THEM WILL BECOME OBVIOUS.

▸ Developing an intelligent computer which can solve each
and every problem posed to it may seem to be a good
idea, but one should realize that it lacks ethics and is
unfamiliar with the concept of morality.

▸ What seems right and wrong to us, it may be unbiased

towards those things, leaving us completely at the mercy
of the said computer.

▸ Apart from all of this, the fact that humans may come to
worship a thing which is artificial AND powerful may be a
changing moment in the religions of the world.
PROBLEMS AN ASI CAN SOLVE
WE HAVE ALREADY SHOWN AN ASI TO BE A COMPUTER OF UNTHOUGHT LEVELS
OF INTELLIGENCE, THUS THESE PROBLEMS CAN BE SOLVED BY USING IT’S HELP
▸ Immortality : Humans wanting to live forever may get their wish
granted once an ASI is achieved.

▸ World Hunger and Poverty : With an ASI, these problems will

become painstakingly obvious, and the world won’t face them
anymore.

▸ Global warming, Water Crisis, Deep Space Exploration and so

many other plagues infesting earth will be wiped off, but what if
the ASI views the human population as the cause?
