Testing Specialist

Wilmont’s Pharmacy has a “weak matrix type organisation”. It is due to following reasons:
1. There are leads/ project managers for different functions.
2. This operation is a pilot project of just 4 outlets (out of 8000), hence not a
dedicated project manager.
3. Various functions of the company are being carried out as normal under their
leads.
4. Different point of contact on wilmont’s side for different operations give a weak
matrix setup.
