Regarding: signing tenancy agreement

Dear Pere,

This is it, you can sign the tenancy agreement for your room. When you now log in to https://www.duwo.nl/en/ you
will see a message 'You can sign a tenancy agreement'. This will allow you to make everything official.

Please note the following:

⦁ - Before you can sign your tenancy agreement, you must have paid your first invoice (unless the educational
institution pays this for you).

⦁ - You will get a text message. So make sure we have the correct mobile number (you can change your phone
number in duwo.nl) and that you have this mobile at hand.

The starting date of your tenancy agreement is 2020-08-07. You can find information on the transfer of the keys to
your home 2 weeks before this date on the pages of your educational institution at DUWO.nl > I search >
Accommodate.

We have inspected and cleaned the room. In your room you will find information on how to report defects,
complaints about cleanliness or missing inventory.

Note: renting from DUWO is an automated process. This means that DUWO assumes no obligation until the
automated process has been completed by the certified digital signature of the tenancy agreement by the tenant
and the first payment of rent has been received by DUWO. At earlier stages in the process, the candidate tenant
cannot derive any rights, even if the housing has already been made available to the candidate tenant.

Onderwerp: tekenen huurovereenkomst

Beste Pere,

Het is zover, je kunt de huurovereenkomst voor je nieuwe kamer tekenen. Als je nu inlogt op https://www.duwo.nl/
zie je een melding 'Je kunt een huurcontract ondertekenen'. Daarmee kun je alles officieel maken.

Houd rekening met het volgende:

- Voordat je de huurovereenkomst kunt tekenen, moet je de eerste rekening hebben betaald (tenzij de
onderwijsinstelling die voor jou betaalt).
- Je krijgt een sms. Zorg dus dat wij het juiste mobiele telefoonnummer hebben (je kunt je telefoonnummer
aanpassen op duwo.nl) en dat je deze mobiel bij de hand hebt.

De ingangsdatum van je huurovereenkomst is 7-8-2020. Informatie over de overdracht van de sleutels van je
woning vind je vanaf 2 weken voor deze ingangsdatum via de pagina van je onderwijsinstelling op
DUWO.nl > Ik zoek > Accommodate.

We hebben de kamer geïnspecteerd en schoongemaakt. Op je kamer vind je straks informatie hoe je gebreken,
klachten over de schoonmaak of ontbrekende inventaris kunt melden.

Let op: huren van DUWO is een geautomatiseerd proces. Dit brengt mee dat DUWO geen enkele verplichting
aanvaardt totdat het geautomatiseerde proces volledig is afgerond door de gecertificeerde digitale ondertekening
van de huurovereenkomst door de huurder én de ontvangst van de eerste huurbetaling door DUWO. Aan eerdere
stappen in het proces kan de kandidaat-huurder geen rechten ontlenen, ook niet als de woonruimte reeds aan de
kandidaat huurder ter beschikking is gesteld.
