2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that at about

9:00 AM of May 18, 2020, the RTC8 Training Staff under the personal supervision of
the undersigned conducted a lecture and thorough evaluation/assessment of arresting
skills and handcuffing techniques to the trainees of PSBRC 2020-01 Alpha to Charlie
at RTC8, Kuta Kankabato, Brgy San Jose Tacloban City.
