THE POWER OF THE MIND
-1-
The Conscious Mind focuses your thoughts on:
______________________________________________.
-2-
THE ORIGIN OF THE I AM
“The words I AM are the two most powerful words ever spoken.”
– Paul Martinelli
When you claim or say, “I AM”, we often fail to separate our _____________
from our ____________________.
-3-
Our Sub-conscious Mind has no ability to _________________! It accepts
an idea as a desired future state and begins to create that state in OUR BEING,
so all of our future behavior is congruent with this new desired state!
Are you creating, with your words, the very identity that does not serve you?
-4-
REPHRASING YOUR I AM STATEMENTS
Rather than saying, I AM BROKE, rephrase it to something that serves you and
separates your being from your conditions.
Up until now, I have not had the financial resources to meet my wants and
obligations, and now I AM creating new channels for multiple streams of income.
OR
By living from our _______________ rather than the facts of our conditions
we are immediately connected to not only our truth, but the
__________________ of all truth, as it would be impossible to separate any
truth from the source of all truth.
“When you lose sight of the source of all truth, you surround yourself with
limitations.” – Paul Martinelli

3) Work on yourself. Transformational retreats like Turning Point
(www.tp2019.us), for example, create an environment where you can
roll up your sleeves and do the work. Remember to be gentle on
yourself…we are all in ____________________!
4) Refer to the Think & Grow Rich study. Take your statement from the
chapter on Desire, or take your Purpose, Vision and Goals statement. Or, if
you haven’t done either of those yet, sit down and write out, with as
much detail as possible, what it is you would love to create for your life.
Then, write out the words that would best describe the person you
would need to BE or the attributes you would have to have if you were
going to be the person who is living the life you imagine.
Remember: The purpose of a goal is to cause you to BECOME the person who
can be, do and have what you desire in your life. –Paul Martinelli
-6-
HOW TO BECOME YOUR I AM
If I were going to become that in the world, I would need to believe these
things about myself:
As you identify your necessary “I AMs” there may be some of them that your
mind resists accepting because up until now you have not been those things.
In fact, you may have been or may currently be the exact opposite to the I AM
you are trying to claim oneness with.
Remember:
Each I AM statement is an _____________; it is a thought.
Because they are energy, they must follow the ___________ of energy.
-7-
IMAGINING YOUR I AM
Close our eyes and build the mental model of perfection you are claiming in
your newly formed I AM statement.
Feel yourself BEING that I AM. Create the picture and image of living into this I
AM.
Begin to “re – member” your future and bring that feeling tone into your
current awareness and claim it as your own.
-8-
5) We then have this list of our “I AMs” and we then build a picture and
feeling to go with each one. We literally build the ___________ of our “I
AMs”.
6) We then each day stand in front of a mirror, look ourselves in the eyes,
the eyes are the window to our soul…and we then say these aloud at
least once a day, twice a day if we have the time.
