Wilson Workover, is a Venezuelan company, with more than 20 years in the national and

international oil market, mainly drilling of wells, repair services and Supply chain. The goal

is to provide the knowledge gained from so many years of drilling wells and completing both

large and small repair projects. For more than 20 years, we have helped our clients in the

oil industry achieve their goals safely and efficiently.

Wilson Workover is headquartered in Ciudad Ojeda, Venezuela, and has a subsidiary in

Colombia, and a business partner in Houston-USA.

Wilson Workover is a Rig Services Company with the following Portfolio of activities:

Locally very strong in full growth, with operations in both Venezuela and Colombia with the
Rigs, we can divide its evolution by stages, before 2010, the drop in the price of oil in 2014
and its evolution, the present and its future; our challenge is to be able to maintain
ourselves over time and provide a better service, our teams comply with what the market
requires, QUALITY, SAFETY AND SPEED, due to the world situation many operating
companies are basing their portfolio of activities on Workover and Pulling that we gives an
advantage over other companies, thinking of expanding our business to other countries
such as: Ecuador, Guatemala, etc.
