5 Access Management
To protect settings from unauthorised access, you can block menu options via a six-digit code. Access
management allows you 6 user levels for this. The higher the level, the more access authorisations are
available to the user. In the factory settings, no access restrictions are allowed for levels 1 – 6. The 7 th
level is reserved for the manufacturer.

The following codes are factory set:

Ebene Benutzer Codenummer

7 MPK-Service ** ** **
6 Service-Zentrale 11 22 33 Zugriffsrechte
5 DFÜ-Zentrale 70 80 90
4 Servicetechnik 2 40 50 60
3 Servicetechnik 1 10 20 30
2 Haustechnik 2 01 02 03
1 Haustechnik 1 00 00 00

Level User Code number

7 MPK service
6 Service centre Access authorisations
5 Remote data transm.
centre
4 Service technology 2
3 Service technology 1
2 Building services 2
1 Building services 1

You can change the factory-set codes for levels 1 - 6 in the menu under the “Give new code numbers ”
option.

Both individual menu options and also whole menu trees including their sub-menus (e.g. the
“Default settings” main menu) can thus be blocked. Exceptions to this rule are the "Code
number", "Log-on user", "Log-off user" and "Display user" menus. They cannot be blocked.

7 Operating Statuses of the Control System

T r a v e l to F lo o r 6 The control system has a range of operating statuses. The 3 most important of
D o o rs c lo s in g them are shown on the normal display. You can find an overview of all these
L a n d in g C o n tr o l o ff statuses in the “Information” main menu.
F l.: 1 S p e c ia l

The operating status table is sorted by the initial letter of the 1st word.

Operating status Explanation

Lower level reached After the return movement, arrival at the lower level is displayed in hydraulic lifts.
Travel down The downwards movement in hydraulic lifts to the set level is being carried out.
Lift ready for use No lift jobs currently in progress.
External control off The external control system is switched off.
Fire mode Fire mode has been started.
Fire level reached The set fire level is reached during fire mode.
Remote data transmission The remote data transmission connection to the centre has been interrupted.
error
Movement block The “Movement block input” input is active.
Abort movement The lift halts at the next level due to an exceptional situation (e.g. "External control off",...).(Not
displayed when lift is moving to a destination).
Moving to level: {No.} A job is being completed normally. The next destination is displayed. (Displayed only when
moving to a destination).
Fire brigade mode ext. The lift is requested at the set fire brigade level.
Fire brigade mode int. The lift only handles movement jobs via lift car call entry.
BLOCKED due to Because of a serious error, the lift cannot be operated further.
{reason}
Inspection mode Inspection mode is on.
PTC resistor active Overheating of the drive mechanism is reported.
Card error A missing or faulty card has been detected.
Check level reached Arrival at the check level is reported. Movement to the check level is only started if the "Control &
light off" input is set.
Correction movement Because of missing or incorrect floor information, the lift is making a correction movement to a
final stop.
Photoelectric barrier While the doors are closing, the photoelectric barrier is blocked.
blocked
LRV contact inactive The supervisory contact of the control card has been triggered.
Modem error A modem operation error has occurred. See note in error memory.
Re-adjustment Re-adjustment is active.
Emergency down Because of a serious error, the hydraulic lift is moving to the set level where it will be switched
off.
Emergency limit switch The emergency top limit switch contact has been triggered (monitored only in hydraulic lifts). The
passive safety circuit has been interrupted.
Emergency halt actuated The emergency halt has been actuated.
No level status The control system does not currently have any valid floor information. It will make a correction
movement before handling the next job.
Park level reached This indicates arrival at the selected park level.
Park movement The lift is moving to the park level.
Park time running The set park time has started.
Passive safety circuit The passive safety circuit has been interrupted.
Rest level reached This reports that the rest level has been reached. The lift only moves to the rest level when the
"Control & light off" input is set.
Return mode Return mode is switched on.
Contactor monitoring The main contactor monitoring has been triggered.
Safety circuit The control voltage of the safety circuit has been interrupted.
Safety circuit The safety circuit has been triggered.
