robotics platform for survival and behavior analysis in C. elegans. GeroScience, 961-973.
• Conducted research on proteomics and cellular aging mechanisms in C. elegans, using an array
of laboratory techniques including PCR, gel electrophoresis, and fluorescent microscopy
• Senior independent project: Implementation of a circularly permuted GFP construct into C.
elegans germline to visualize dynamic ATP levels throughout aging (received Mary Gates Award)
