I. Talent Acquisition
Conduct sourcing activities in accordance with the company’s manpower requirements
which includes but not limited to;
a. posting of job advertisement to company’s approved job portal and other social
media accounts.
b. conduct preliminary screening and interview for qualified applicants.
c. forward to the President/CEO all screened and qualified applicants both the
applicant’s profile and interview result summary for reference.
d. perform background and/or character reference check to the qualified applicants
with their consent.
e. endorse to the company’s admin or human resources all hired applicants for pre-
employment requirements
f. conduct hr orientation or guide the company’s human resources in facilitating said
activity.

Note : Job Advertisement cost shall be for the account of the company.

II. Employee relations


a. Assist in resolving issues between management and employees and coach employees
on policies and procedures and other behavioural conflicts.
b. Coordinate to the management immediate HR concerns and other employee issues
that needs attention.

III. Compensation & Benefits


a. Provides guidance to the company’s human resources on employee benefits and
other employee related issues on compensation.
b. Make recommendation if necessary other employee benefits and/or compensation
processes and procedures

III. Other HR & Admin Scope


a. Provides other HR related services and may suggests and recommends other HR
improvements and HR best practices.

IV. HR Services Schedule

a. Monday and Friday or twice a week and maximum of 4 hours per visiting schedule to
the office. The same schedule applies in a work from home set up. Other hours maybe
utilized in different days if there are urgent HR matters that needs immediate
discussion.

I. General HR Services
General HR services includes but not limited to;

a. Formulate and recommends sound company policies and HR procedures subject for
management approval.
b. Revise and update company policies and other HR procedures if necessary.
c. Attends meetings and business discussions with the management and may provide
suggestions and recommendations on HR matters and other related issues.
d. Provides guidance on employment contracts of employees.
e. Assist the company’s human resources in implementing employee discipline and HR
policies and procedures.
f. Provides general HR consultation services on various HR issues of the company.

II. Labor & Employee Relations

a. Ensure that all company polcies and processes are aligned and in compliance with all
labor laws of the Republic of the Philippines and other regulatory agencies.
b. May attend mediation/conciliation to the national labor relations if there are any
labor issues that HR can handle.
c. Prepares HR correspondence and other major communications to employees.
d. Lead any administrative hearings on employee issues and mediate or even represent
the management to employees.
e. The company’s human resources may schedule me to employees for coaching
activities on behavioural issues of employees and conflicts that affects their work
performance.

III. Other HR & Admin Scope

a. Provides other HR related services and may suggests and recommends other HR
improvements and HR best practices.

IV. HR Services Schedule

a. Once a week visit to the office and maximum of 4 hours per visit for meetings and/or
HR consultations. The same schedule applies in a work from home set up. I will make
myself available for immediate HR concerns that needs discussion regardless of days as
soon as my schedule allow.
