DAY 1- PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: JOGGING

TIME: 1 hour

REFLECTION:

Jogging helps me to be stress free on what I am doing the whole week. It helps me to improve
my mental and physical health. Jogging is also is a fun physical activity in which you will enjoy and gain a
lot of benefits to it.

DAY 2- PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: SQUAT

TIME: 64 minutes

REFLECTION:

Doing squat stretches my muscles and it will help me to improve the blood circulation of my
body. I have also noticed that with the stretching it will help the flexibility of my joints and knees. I know
that doing this will surely improve my physical health.

TIME: 64 minutes

REFLECTION:

In this physical activity it will help make my stomach in abs formation in which I know I can’t
have. But with this exercise it will help me to improve the strength in my muscles and back. Also this
physical activity will help me to become physically fit.
