Remember that our employees’ process files are only categorized under enhanced emergency/lean process status as
requested by the Glencore Plc Management due to urgent nature of our advertised vacancies and has been
diplomatically authorized through Australian Labour Agreement as well as Special Provincial Nomination status via the
Minister, Department of Home Affairs. Therefore, you are obliged by this appointment, to undergo pre-appointment
induction and corporate training at Glencore training center few days after your successful arrival to Australia.

Be reminded that this offer is subject to 3months probation and shall be validated sequel to your performance within
the initial 3 months with the company after your pre-service induction and corporate training. You shall receive full
remuneration detailed on attached offer during the induction and corporate training period as your job profile,
specification and full requirements shall be detailed during the period of induction and corporate training after your
successful arrival to Australia.

Endeavour to forward details of your accompanying family(s) information on time if you wish to relocate with your
family member(s) to enable us allocate a family accommodation and swiftly book your family(s) business class flight to
Australia. You must as well request for accompanying family(s) declaration form where you shall officially declare same
to the Regional Process Coordinator, Department of Home Affairs, Australian Immigration & Border Protection as well as
Australian Border Force about your desired accompanying family members.

Your diplomatic parcel containing your e-visa vignette (with family if applicable), TSS work permit, appointment vignette,
Glencore configuration, corporate Induction's official invitation and brochure, Australian Business class flight ticket (with
family if applicable), accommodation receipt (with family if applicable) detail in Australia, Medicare registration and GTE
Regional clearance certificates, etc. shall be packaged and dispatched diplomatically to your resident country as soon as
you meet up with requested requirements of both TSS Visa and Citizenship unit of Department of Home Affairs as well
as Australian Border Force (assigned Case officer).

Finally, endeavor to obtain your Sub-class 482 work permit legal authorization as well as diplomatic enhanced Regional
GTE clearance certificate assessed by your assigned Australian Border Force/Case officer attaché to your assigned
Region, whom is also the official legal authorization attorney of your TSSS Sub-class 482 job offer, emergency relocation
status and Subclass 482 Australian work permit processes.
