This study led us that entrepreneurship was the process of identifying

opportunities, gathering resources and exploiting these opportunities through

action.

According to Sexton and Browman- Upton (1991) young entrepreneurs

was defined to be the practical application of entrepreneurship facilities, such as

initiative, innovation, creativity and risk-taking in the work environment using the

appropriate skills necessary for success in the culture. Young entrepreneur are

tended to rate their leadership skills lower than the entrepreneurs and young

entrepreneurs are more likely to assist with community service project.

In every family member or a close friend of a young entrepreneur is more

wanting to start their own business than to those individuals who didn’t

experienced the same way of exposure to entrepreneurship. Discipline in life

must be occur to find sense of being a business minded. Willingness and

presence of an opportunity are both needed for self- employment and both were

found to be enhanced through experience gained in entrepreneurship.

The most important part to motivate is the entrepreneurial experience and

provide a feasibility of entrepreneurship and desirability of individual.
