Dr. Mr Fraser,

I am a student in charge of organising a party for a group of 100

companions and I am writing to request from you some information about
your establishment Castle Hotel. We think that it could be a suitable
place to hold our party.
First of all, we must know if you serve any food and drink or if it up to us
to arrange it. We are interested in something light, but with enough
variety, because we are people from many different countries.
I wonder if your premises have any musical equipment so we can have a
disco. One of the students could be responsible of operating it.
It’s important, also, to decide the date. For us, and since you have special
discounts in week days, any evening between Wednesday and Friday is
possible.
Finally, let me know how much would it cost, food included. We couldn’t
afford any price above £10 per head.
