With reference to the subject cited above It is to state that the Agreement
bearing No-1241 P1/ 2013-14 has been drawn in favor of M/S S.V.S. Mookambika Construction
Pvt. Ltd., Plot No 15&16 Bhagavan Nagar , Near Ring Road , Vizianagarm -535002 (AP) on dated
28.02.2014, amounting to Rs 19,09,01,242.00 for work Sl. No -1 and the Agreement bearing No-
835 P1/ 2013-14 drawn in favor of M/S T.C Pattnaik & Co, Sri Gokul Chandra Pattnaik S/o Late
Bhrabar At- Raniguda Farm , Near Trinath Temple Po/Dist- Rayagada on dated 15.02.2014,
amounting to Rs 1,58,10,123.00 for work SL. No- 2 respectively.

In this connection the following Reinforcement bars of different diameter are

sending here with for necessary tests as applicable The bills against testing charges will be
paid by the agency and the necessary test result may kindly be communicated to the under
signed for execution of the work.
