Social Media Policy

As an employee of D&S Global Solutions, your use of social media includes, but is not
limited to, the following standards:

1. Do not accept or initiate friend or contact requests from current or former D&S clients or the employees of
current or former D&S clients on any social networking site (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

2. Adding clients or their employees as friends or contacts on these sites may:

● Compromise confidentiality and privacy

● Blur the boundaries of the D&S / Client relationship

3. Violation of D&S Global Solutions Social Media Policy is a serious matter and may result in disciplinary
action up to and including termination.
