PERSONAL STATEMENT

Maneno is a graduate with BA in Statistics from University of Dodoma. He is a Data Analyst by training
with more than six years of experience in public health field. His expertise tied with Monitoring,
Evaluation, Research and Learning
Maneno has been utilizing the data analytics skills to modernize the techniques of project monitoring,
evaluation, operational research design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, visualization and
reporting for effective data use and informed decision making
His focus over six years has been on operational research design, data collection, management,
analysis, visualization and interpretation for public health data. He has co-authored and presented
several abstract in different International Conferences including CROI and IAS
Maneno is highly experienced in using different software including MS word and power point, MS
excel and power BI for data analysis and visualization, Stata and SPSS for complex statistical analysis
and ArcGIS for map development and geospatial analysis
Maneno started his carrier as data clerk with Baylor/Tanzania in 2014. In Dec 2015 he joined
Jhpiego/Tanzania as Data Clerk. In 2017 was promoted to Data Manager. From Jan 2019 to date,
his is serving Jhpiego/Tanzania as Data Analyst. Maneno is friendly, good communicator, team
leader, mentor, motivator, smart worker and hard working
