hereby depose and state:

2.    That as owner of business, I conduct business operations at 6071-C PABAYA ST,

3.    That is the owner of the property where my business is located is MARITES M.
KUMADA

4. That MARITES M. KUMADA is my auntie. As such, she does not require me to pay rent
for the use of her property

5.    That in view of my auntie’s generous accommodation, I am not paying any rental fee for
the use of her property for commercial purposes.

6. This arrangement is consented to by the building owner/lessor;

7.    That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
