REP for Six Laning of Thaliparambha- Muzhapilangad Section from km 137.900 to km.
170.600 of NH-17 (New NH-66) (Project Length 29.948 km) in the State of Kerala on
Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana
‘The’ Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and
management of National Highway No. NH-17 (New NH-66) including the section from km
137.900 to km 170.600 (approx. 29.948 km). The Authority had resolved to construct Highway
Six Lanining of Thaliparambha-Muzhapilangad section from Km 137.900 to Km 170.600 of
NH-17'(New NH-66) (Project Length 29.948 Km) in the State of Kerala on Hybrid Annuity
Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana by six laning thereof (the “Project”) on design, build,
operate and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis, and has decided to carry
out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project may be
awarded. Brief particulars of the Project are as follows:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from e-procurement portal of NHAI
htipvietenders.vov.in from 03.01.2020 to 17.02.2020 (up to 1100 Hrs, IST). Bid must be
submitted online only at http://etenders.vov.in during the validity of registration with the NHAI
e-Tendering Portal being managed by National Informatie Centre (NIC), i.e.
hupu/etenders.gov.in on ot before 17.02.2020 (upto! 100 hours IST). Technical submissions of
the Bids received online shall be opened on 18.02.2020 (at! 130 hours IST).
Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Power of
Attorney for signing the Bid, Power of attorney for lead member of Consortium, if any, Joint
Bidding Agreement for Consortium, if any, Integrity Pact, and experience certificates apostile at
foreign origin, if any, shall be submitted physically in original by the Bidder after declaration of
Bid Evaluation Result by the Authority.. Please note that the Authority reserves the right to
accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
