Title : Procedure for dress change & entering into plant
1.0 OBJECTIVE:
To lay down a procedure for gowning for all personnel.
2.0 SCOPE:
This procedure is applicable for all employees working in Ethical Drugs Ltd.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:

3.1 All concerned personnel entering into plant.

3.2 Checking : Executive / Manager
4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY:
Manager, Production & Quality Control
5.0 PROCEDURE:
5.1 Before entering into 1st change room, remove the street shoes and keep it in allocated rack.

5.2 Cross the step over bench and enter into the 1st change room.

5.3 Wear factory shoes.

5.4 Open your street clothes, jewellery (wrist watch, chain, rings etc.) and place them in assigned lockers.

5.5 Enter into 2nd change room.

5.6 Wash your hands and dry.

5.7 Disinfect your hands with rubbing 70% isopropyl alcohol.

5.8 Wear clean factory attire (apron, trousers, cap, mask, safety goggles etc.) from lockers.

5.9 Then enter into respective manufacturing areas.
