Integrity, is one of the competencies that requires a hollistic understanding of an individual. In my

respective workplace, i learned the importance of integrity and dignity of every individual, having
integrity means having a credible identity, in my chosen career, having a truthful character will help in
everything you do in the near future because this is a stepping stone for us to be a skilled programmer.

Patience, in my chosen career patience is a must, if you didn’t have the patience and value of waiting,
Then you will not embrave things wholeheartedly because of your impatient and ungrateful characted.
My profession is a continuous learning where Everyday is an opportunity for me to gain knowledge, so it
is just relevant for me to be patient because this is the key to Achive my full potential as a person.

Communication Skills, this is one of the skills that I have improved in the CitiGlobal . I was exposed to
different kinds of people. I managed to talked to each and Everyone of them and I learned to make a
connection. I improved my human relations skills and I also figured out that every person I talk to is
different and I need to learn how to adjust in any given situation and scenarios. This skill will help me in
the future because your relationship and the way you entertain people is one of the important asset
that you need to have in the real world.

Adaptability, I learned how to blend in the environment and how to react and approach the things in
order to suit a new situation.. There will always be a constant change in the world and learning how to
adapt to the changing lifestyles and ways is great. I am able to adapt in the working environment really
well. This is one of the skills that I have developed.
