1. In addition to the prices mentioned above, the members would have to pay an Annual Subscribtion Fee Every year (irrespective of the usage)
The annual subscribtion Fee effective From 15th November 2015 has been fixed as follows: 2 Bedroom apartment - RS 26127/-; 1 Bed Room apartment
Rs 18609/- and Studio apartment Rs .13243/-. Annual subscribtion Fee is inclusive of Service tax of 14.5%. Revision in ASF shall be effected by MHRIL
based on weighted average inflation
on the basis of Wholesale Price Index (WPI) & Consumer Price Index (CPI), published by Reserve Bank of India as relevant to the period immediately preceding
the period for which ASF is fixed.
The company reserves the right to revise Annual Subscribtion Fee by using different
parameters in a year of extradionary inflation, which would be certified by statutory auditors.

2. The above mentioned prices and payment installments include service tax of 14.5% as levied by the Government of India and applicable
interest/finance charges as levied by MHRIL

3. For exchange to any resort in india or outside india through RCI, a fee will be charged by them.
