Open the KWIC module by selecting Tools | Analyzing the text | KWIC/Collocation
Table Module on the main BibleWorks menu. Under Options on the KWIC window
select Display Brother Text (in KWIC).
Set the WTM as your search version. Set the verse range to "rut 1". In the Word box
enter <*@v*>, without the angle brackets. This will search for all the verbs in the WTM
in Ruth chapter 1.
Set the Left words to 0, the Right words to 0, and the Codes to 0. Now click Build.
The upper window displays the list of all the verbs in the passage, arranged according
to their order of appearance in the text. The display text is the WTT. Place your cursor
in the upper window, then open the context menu and select Copy Entire KWIC List
to Clipboard (formatted).
Open a word processor document, and create a table that has two columns and only
one row. Paste the KWIC results into the left column. The Scripture reference and
inflected verb form appear in the table with one item per line.
Copy this list from the upper KWIC window, then paste the list into the right column of
your word processor table. Now you have the inflected verb form in the left column, and
the corresponding lemma in the right column. Adjust the column widths so that the
corresponding form and lemma align with one another, as necessary. You may wish to

distribute this list as a study aid to your Hebrew students.
If you wish to list the inflected form as consonantal text, without vowel points or
accents, begin by clicking inside the Browse Window to give it the focus. Then
press the letter 'x' on your keyboard to turn off the Hebrew vowel points and
accents. Now your search results in the KWIC window will only contain the
consonantal text.
You can list parsing codes with the lemma by entering an appropriate number
in the Codes setting. Entering '6' lists the common parsing codes. If you wish to
list the supplemental codes as well, enter "30" in the Codes setting. The codes
will appear after the lemma when you run the search.
