PARTICIPATION IN SURVEY: THE EFFECT OF SOCIAL MEDIA TOWARDS MENTAL


HEALTH AMONG HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT
OF FACULTY OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AT UITM PUNCAK ALAM.

We are students from Bachelor in Health Administration (Hons) (BA235) at UiTM


Puncak Alam. We are conducting a study on effect of social media towards mental
health among human resource management undergraduate student at UiTM Puncak
Alam. The purpose of this study to investigate effect of anxiety, depression and stress
of social media towards mental health among undergraduate students at UiTM
Puncak Alam.

We would really appreciate if you could spend a few minute of your time to fill out this
questionnaire. We hope that the information that you provide will give us deeper
insight regarding the topic of interest. We assure that your response will be keep
