Breaking of cutter blade due to sudden shock
The cutting blade used has a shape called receding
shape .This shape eliminates destructive effect of the
shock by promoting sliding on the obstacle of whole
blade. A covering is provided around the blade so as
to reduce impact even if the blade breaks

Obstacle in way Mower works with help of ublox 7m gps which help in
setting the boundary .The proximity sensor provided
will detect the obstacle and change the path of
mower before impact within range of 4-60mm

Hazard of shock The electrical parts of mower are completely covered

using insulative materials which reduces the chance of
getting shock. A fuse is also provided for better safety

The circuit is protected by a fuse which helps in
controlling the over current
the circuit box is kept much higher from the ground
so that it is not affected by the wet grass surface.it is
properly covered and protected by a shield outside
mower body.it also contain water absorbing sponge
inside as a precaution to absorb moisture at any chance
of leaking
Mower is provided with proximity sensor to detect
obstacle on path. The circuit box ,mower blade all are
kept middle of the PVC chase .much of shock will be
absorbed by the PVC conduits in front during impaction
If any.
Rubber bush are provided in blade motor to reduce
shock. vibration along the wheels will be much less as
surface of lawns not too rough .rubber bushes are also
provided with wheels to avoid vibration if any.
