Dear Students,

Following are the instructions/SOPs that you have to strictly follow during the final exam of
MS291 to be held on July 15, 2020. The pattern of exam will be A1 & D2 (Open book + MCQs).

 Don’t forget to write your name and registration number.

 Proper connectivity and a reliable backup in case of any power outage are important
for conducting the exam.
 Exam will be conducted through MS Teams and you’re requested to use desktop/laptop
rather than cell phones because you will have to keep your cam on during the exam.
 Pre-mid-course will also be part of final exam as per institute policy.
 Time duration for the whole exam is three hours.
 Time duration for the objective part is two hours.
 Time duration for the subjective part is one hour.
 Total marks for the final exam are 45.
 Objective and subjective part will be of 30 and 15 marks, respectively.
 You have to solve subjective part and upload it on MS Teams with in stipulated time.
 I suggest you to solve subjective part in word file and convert it in pdf while submission.
The picture quality should be good enough to be read easily if you solve on paper.
 Your exam will not be marked if you try to submit more than one time.
 All MCQs have equal marks.
 You have to attempt all questions.
 Late turn ins are not allowed in any case.
 Viva can also be conducted in some cases where the difference of marks is significant in
final exam as compare to pre-finals.
 Your exam will be declared null in case of using any unfair means or not following the
SOPs/instructions.
 Your exam will be conducted after Eid vacations if declared null due to any reason.
