Event Rules & Regulations

Following these guidelines will allow us continue to host Music

on the Mall Concerts

! Parking will begin at 5:30 – concert begins at 6:30 (note: parking is limited)
! Due to the lack of sloped parking, larger vehicles will be parked towards the
back of the lot, smaller vehicles in the front.
! All attendees must be in a vehicle - no lawn chair, blankets or walk-in entry
allowed.
! All attendees will be required to stay within their vehicles (no sitting on
roof/hood) throughout showing.
! No Remittance, once you are parked and leave, you will not be allowed to re-
enter the lot.
! No Smoking or Alcohol is allowed on Brunswick Parks & Recreation property.
! Carry in / Carry out all items; trash cans will not be available.
! Emergency bathroom facilities located in the Recreation Center. The
Recreation Center will have direction flow signs and doors will be open for
touch-less entry/exit. Hand Sanitizer will be available upon entry to the
building and Parks & Recreation staff will be monitoring and regularly
cleaning the bathrooms during the show.
! Please note - Masks must be worn for entry into the Recreation Center
Additionally:
Please no unnecessary horn use as this is a residential neighborhood.
