Hwang Mi- Ree : Yes, all right.
Indra Herlambang : How often do you write a comic?
Hwang Mi- Ree : Oh, I make at least three comic’s title a year and each consists
of around 10 episodes. I started writing and drawing my own
character since 10 years old.
Indra Herlambang : That’s really productive. Do you like to read your own comic?
Hwang Mi- Ree : Off course. I always get a new idea of story every time I read
back my comic.
Indra Herlambang : What kind of character do you like?
Indra Herlambang : I like a strong girl, a girl who smart, independent, faithful,
funny, care, not too pretty, but quite cute, brave and willing to
work hard.
Indra Herlambang : Hmm... sounds pretty same with you, isn’t it?
Hwang Mi- Ree : Hahaha, yach maybe you’re right. Do you think so? I want the
girl reader to be inspired by my main character. A girl doesn’t
need to be shy to show their power, especially their inner
beauty. Nowadays, many girls don’t feel confident, they become
obsessed to modify their face or body by going to the plastic
surgery and sped a lot of money and even get hurt, just to get
artificial beauty. In fact, not all boys like it. Maybe at the
beginning then they, become bored and choose a true love.
Money or artificial things can’t buy love, right?
Indra Herlambang : Right. That’s really impressing. Ok, thank you for your time.
Hwang Mi- Ree : It’s my pleasure.
