Exercise

1. Measure the CHB walls as shown on the figure below.

Specifications

1. 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) finish painted. For all CHB walls.
2. Latex emulsion paint; by Boysen or approved equal; one coat of concrete sealer
and two coats of semi - gloss latex paint for all gypsum board ceiling and all
exposed plastered surfaces
3. 100 x 200 x 400mm Jackbuilt or approved equal, concrete hollow blocks,
non-load bearing 600psi. For all 4" concrete hollow blocks.
4. 150 x 200 x 400mm Jackbuilt or approved equal, concrete hollow blocks,
non-load bearing 600psi. For all 4" concrete hollow blocks.
5. Mortar for chb walls: 1 part portland cement to 4 parts of clean sand by volume

Notes

1. RC columns at corners to be 200 x 200mm


2. All slabs to be 100mm thick
