In this customized line graph, the accomplishment level of the School Head and the Master Teacher in providing technical assistance to teachers
is clearly presented. The gray line represents the data of school year 2019-2020; orange line represents 2018-2019 and the blue line represents
2017-2018. The number on each circle are the actual numbers corresponding to : (1) Number of teachers teaching the subject (2) The number
of teachers observed (3) The percentage of accomplishment. Note that teachers in the lower grades are self-contained or teaching multiple
subjects while teachers in the upper grades are departmentalized or handling their area of concentration. Hence, a teacher handling all subjects
in grade (e.g. grade 1) may not be observed in all 8 subject areas.

What the data shows


 The level of accomplishment of Aguado Elementary School for the past three years is consistent. All teachers are observed and hence
there is no gap reported. Teachers scheduled for observation in the Instructional Supervisory Plan (ISP) were observed accordingly.
However, re-scheduling was done in cases of suspension and uncontrolled situation. Monthly Instructional Supervisory report are likewise
submitted for file and reference.
 There is a clear upward trend in this graph as it appears consistently progressing. The number of teachers has increased and so are the
teachers observed.
 For comparison of the data for the last three years, the number of teachers observed in each subject varies from time to time. The
assignment of subject to be observed depends upon the needs of both teachers and pupils.
 The effectivity of the program is indeed worth commending. The provision of technical assistance to teachers has definitely helped in the
teaching and learning process. AES highly appreciates and supports the objective of the program as it is geared towards the DepED’s
mandate to provide the best possible education among our young generation.
