RELATIONSHIPS
Managing Director and Director General Duties: for

Operations Manager: Overall supervision &
guidance.
Architects: for general guidance and performance to
design buildings, roads etc.
Surveyor: for general liaison for all survey works
Clerk of works: Supervision of site works.
Concrete Products Head: ensure the quality of
concrete products is up to acceptable standards.
Clients; for public relationship building &
maintenance.
