SUBJECT: ENROLMENT PROCEDURES FOR OLD STUDENTS IN THE
GRADUATE SCHOOL and
ADMISSION PROCEDURES for NEW GRADUATE SCHOOL
STUDENT for 1* Trimester, AY 2020-2021
ENROLMENT PROCEDURES FOR OLD STUDENTS IN THE GRADUATE
SCHOOL
1. Old students need to log in into their portal account to view the graduate school
schedule and register their subjects.
2. After verifying the veracity of the subject and schedule they have registered, the
student needs to save their registration. After which, their pre-registration with
assessed fees will be automatically generated
3. Payment of necessary fees can be facilitated through online or onsite (TSU
Cashier) from Tuesday — Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Students can only view and print their schedule once payment has been made.
Once officially gistered as member of the Microsoft TEAMS
in their respective classes.
6. A student must be officially enrolled to participate in classes, e.g., join groups,
submit papers, or take exams. Only students who are officially enrolled are
entitled to grades at the end of the semester or term.
7. Deadline of payment of fees is on 4 September 2020
8. Note: Failure to pay on the prescribed date of payment of fees, pre-registered
students will be deleted from the course.

ADMISSION PROCEDURES for NEW GRADUATE SCHOOL STUDENT
1. Applicants need to contact respective college deans offering their intended
graduate school program and whose contact number can be seen below:
College of Business and Accountancy (045) 606-8172
College of Computer Studies (045) 608-8173
College of Engineering and Technology (045) 606-8175
College of Public Administration (045) 606-8177
College of Science (045) 606-8178
College of Teacher Education (045) 608-8174. Applicants need to provide the Office of the College Dean with the following
contact details:
i. Complete Name
ii. Contact Mobile Number
iii, Email
iv. Program
b. Facilitation of Admission and Prequalification Process will be at the Office
of the Dean through the administration of online exam and/or interview via
Zoom or MS TEAMS.
¢. The applicant will be notified of his/her acceptance into the program
applied for.
2. Once accepted, the student will be assigned subjects and schedule which will be
forwarded to the Admission and Registration Office.
3. The Admission and Registration Office will assign a student number and will
temporarily enroll the student subject to the submission of the required documents
and payment
4. Payment of necessary fees can be facilitated through online or onsite (TSU
Cashier) from Tuesday — Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
5. Deadline of payment of fees is on 4 September 2020.
6. Once registration has been validated through payment of necessary fees, the
Management Information Systems Office will generate a portal account for the
student. List of students with their student number and portal account will be
forwarded to respective colleges.
7. The Office of the College Dean will officially notify the students of their student
number and el account username and temporary password which s/he will
his/her schedule. Same account is to be used for their
flexible learning classes using MS Teams
