STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Ferti-Biochem should be stored in cool and dry environment. When stored in closed containers at temperatures less than 35oC
it maintains its activity for a period of 2 years. At lower temperatures the stability is increased. In case of extended storage or
adverse conditions (higher temperature and humidity) it is advisable to use a higher dosage.

DOSAGE GUIDELINES
Ferti-Biochem Activation Procedure:

Before applying it in ETP/STP, it is required to activate it according to the following table:

• The ratio of Ferti-Biochem, Molasses and water for activation depends upon the quantity and quality of the wastewater.
• After the molasses has been well dissolved (possibly with the help of some warm water), the full amount of water is
filled into the container and Ferti-biochem is added.
• Ferti-Biochem must be allowed to brew for a minimum 5-6 days in an airtight fermentation tank. A fermentation tank
allows the activation of microorganisms whereby an optimal amount of beneficial bacteria is obtained.

Dosing: Apply Activated Ferti-Biochem at the rate 0.2L-1L for every 1000 L of wastewater by dripping.

PACKING
Ferti-Biochem is available in standard 30 Kg drums but can be custom packed on request.

SAFETY & HANDLING

Ferti-Biochem is non carcinogenic and is perfectly safe to handle, however prolonged contact is not advised as this may irritate
skin, eyes and other mucous membranes. Inhalation of Ferti-Biochem dust and mist should be avoided. In case of contact with
eyes or other sensitive organs, rinse with clean water for at least 15 min.
