1. Purchase and stock management.

The purchasing process will have as initial stage the strategies established in the
choice of the supplier of the inputs, according to characteristics evaluated by the
company, such as price and quality.
This process will be carried out by scheduled purchases, where those that are made on
a monthly or weekly basis and those that are not scheduled are purchases of supplies
that must be fresh or urgent, considering those that are made on a daily basis. For
example, meat, chicken and fish that must maintain their freshness, ensuring the
quality of the service.
Likewise, the utensils used for the office must be purchased on a monthly basis,
considering in each of these purchases the projection of sales to avoid unnecessary
costs.
The stock to be considered must be in accordance with the rotation of the inputs and
their validity of expiration, ensuring the quality of food. The company will have good
control of inventories, having the necessary stock to meet demand and allow the
realization of the processes.

2. Quality management

Developing quality control in all processes, ELEMENT FOOD will seek to maintain a
level of excellence from the moment the inputs arrive, are stored, and are extracted for
the elaboration of the final product, the presentation of the final product and the
dispatch.
The quality management will be based on 2 important points, the quality in the
elaboration of the ingredients for the client's menu and the quality in the service
provided. Among the activities within quality management are the following:

3. Supplier management.

ELEMENT FOOD, aims to have suppliers that guarantee not only the quality of their
supplies, but also that they have competitive prices. Therefore, it will take into account
the following points:

 Definition of the attributes that the inputs must have, which is what is going to
be required, what are the attributes that the inputs that are needed for the
elaboration of food must have, maintain a balance between the price and the
quality of the supplies.
 Search for suppliers, collect information on suppliers, their years of experience,
request recommendations, validate certifications.
 Selection criteria, which has to do with the price offered, the quality of the
supplies, the guarantees they provide, their delivery processes and the
specifications for delivery times.
 Supplier qualification, the company will make a comparative table with all the
information collected, validating the pros and cons of each characteristic.
 Selection of suppliers, with the information evaluated and qualified, will choose
the best option, always evaluating that the desired specifications are met. If not,
the provider will be changed.
 Evaluations will be passed through a form designed by the company.
