    UPDATE FOR THE RPMS PPST PORTFOLIO COMPLETION

    SY 2019-2020

    1. The portfolio has 13 objectives with different required non-negotiable and negotiable
    means of verification or MOV’s.

    Non-negotiable MOV’s are documents that should always be in every objectives. It is in


    the form of the CLASSROOM OBSERVATION TOOL (Rating Sheet – 1 rater/ Inter-
    Observer Agreement Form – 2 or more raters)

    2. List of the Documents that SHOULD BE INSIDE THE RPMS PPST PORTFOLIO
    ALREADY:

    Assuming that you have 2 classroom observations already

    NON-NEGOTIABLE MOV’S

    Objectives
    1 - 2 cots (1st and 2nd Class Observations)
    2 - 2 cots (1st and 2nd Class Observations)
    3 - 2 cots (1st and 2nd Class Observations)
    4 - 2 cots (1st and 2nd Class Observations)
    5 - 2 cots (1st and 2nd Class Observations)
    6 - 1 cot (1st Class Observation)
    7 - 2 cots (1st and 2nd Class Observations)
    9 - 1 cot (2nd Class Observation)

    NEGOTIABLE MOV’S

    Objectives
    8 - 2 proofs of participation in LAC/FGD’s with proof of attendance (personal
    notes / minutes)

    10 - Diagnostic Test (TOS and Sample)


    - 1st Quarter Summative Test and TOS

    11 - 1st Quarter Item Analysis and Least Mastered Competencies


    - 2nd Quarter Grading Sheet (Adviser) or Class Record (Subject Teacher)

    12 - 1st Quarter 3 Corrected Test Papers of the same 3 Learners in the same
    subject with parent’s signature
    - 2 minutes of HPTA meeting with proof of attendance
    - 2 Quarters of parent’s signature in Report card
    - 2 entries for (1)Communication with parents using different modalities or (2)the
    anecdotal record
    13 - check the RPMS PPST Manual 2018 for the complete MOV’s

    3. Objectives 1,2,3,4,6,7,9,and 10 have non-negotiable MOV’s (Cot) with 1 negotiable


    MOV in the form of the lesson plan.

    4. 1 lesson plan is needed as supporting documents for the said objectives above in any
    quarter or class observation.

    5. Objective 5 has no negotiable MOV because it is only observed in the actual


    classroom demonstration

    9 - COMPLETE (2ND CLASS OBSERVATION)
    10 - 1 cot (4th Class Observation)

    NEGOTIABLE MOV’S
    Objectives

    -performance task:
    (1)rubrics reviewed by supervisor and (2) sample accomplished rubric

    11 – compilation of learner’s written works with summary of rating with parent’s


    signature
    - LP showing index of mastery

    12 – 2 minutes of meeting for the remaining HPTA meeting


    - 2 quarters of parent’s signature in report card
    -2 entries in (1) communication with parents using different modalities or (2) anecdotal
    record
