galore, India was established in the
year 1988. We are one of the pioneer
builders of HFO/HSD/Gas based Power
Plants in Asia.
In the last three decades, Magnus has
successfully installed 200 captive/IPP
Power Plants with cumulative capacity of
2000MW.
Magnus is associated with the following
engine manufacturers, MAN , Wartsila,
CAT, Rolls Royce, and Zgoda Sulzer,
for Power Plant projects.
Magnus has a vast experience in Power
Plant planning and construction, And is a
reliable partner for electricity producers.

customers. We design all major com-
ponents with optimum efficiency to
reduce the auxiliary power, fuel losses
and compact design for easy operation
and maintenance.
Procurement: Over three decades
Magnus Power’s Logistic & Procurement
wing has mastered the art of end to end
procurement and shipment of various
items that are required for these Power
Projects. Magnus has a wide database
for all types of equipment manufactur-
ers, dealers and supply partners across
the globe in Europe, Asia and UK.
We take additional care in packing and
shipment monitoring.
Construction: Over three decades we
have worked on various types and sizes
of projects. We also have worked on
retrofitting projects. This has helped
us to hone our construction skills as
well as on the planning aspect of each
construction phase. We use updated
modern tools in the planning stage and
use latest machinery, tools and tackles
for various construction activities.
Safety: This is also another vital part of
project execution. We focus on “Zero
Accident Rate” and our construction
team uses all required safety gear while
working on sites. We also select our
subcontractors with a lot of
consideration.

Aalborg Boiler and MAN/TRIVENI
Turbine to reduce the heat rate of
the total power plant up to 10%.
• Aalborg boilers are of proven
technology approved by engine
manufacturers and they have ref-
erences of more than 20 years of
seamless operation, particularly for
Diesel/HFO power plants.
• MAN / TRIVENI turbines are proven
Boiler Area View. technology approved by all boiler
manufacturers for the Combined
Cycle units.
• Magnus designs the combined cycle
plants suitable for the IPP operation
and can synchronize with the main
gird within 30–40 minutes.

quirements that are prevailing in Bangladesh at various
grid voltage levels.
