Permission for fixing LED Display Board at Rajghat crossing beside Ring road may be
granted subject to follow conditions: -

1. The Posts supporting display board shouldn't be fixed on footpath so that it may not
hinder the pedestrian’s movement.

2. If it fixed on footpath then the Bottom of Display Board must be 2.40Mtr. above the
existing Footpath top.

3. Display board must be fixed in a location and in such alignment that it should not hinder
the vision of drivers of vehicles at the crossing.

4. After fixing of Display board all the Repair & restoration work of Footpath etc. MUST be
done immediately without delay as per existing conditions with same finish otherwise it
will be done by PWD & R/R Charges paid as demanded.
