    In compliance with the Inventory Committee Memo NO. 2 s. 2020 received by our office. We are
    respectfully submitting the updated Report on the Physical Count of Inventories (RCPI) as of December
    31, 2019. Attached herewith is the Monthly Consumption Report reconciled with the corresponding
    stock card of each item.

    Moreover monthly consumption report is submitted every month at the Accounting Section and Stock
    Card is updated every month.
