First Stage

A certain company or a domestic company go to a place or country where that certain company
communicate and create a business relationship to the local dealer and distributer in that locality.

Second Stage

That certain company handled the business activity in that locality

Third Stage

That certain company starts its manufacturing , sale, and marketing applying the culture, law, language,
regulations and requirements of that certain locality.

Four Stage

In this stage that certain company call its managers to adjust the systems or the operations and
approach to adapt the ways of that locality since the way they have handled their business in there
place might not work the same way.

Fifth Stage

In this stage the business operates globally functioning, adapting and applying both local and national.
