Dear Sir/Madame:

This is in reference with my request for the non-forfeiture of Three Hundred Thousand
Pesos (Php300,000.00) representing the additional amount I have given to you as an
additional reservation fee.

I am aware that you have lost several opportunities of offering the said property to
other interested buyers due to my several extensions that is the reason why I have
decided to give up the said property.

I understand that the abovementioned amount was given as additional reservation fee,
however, for humanitarian consideration, I am deeply requesting from your good self to
return only the amount of Php300,000.00 and not the whole reservation fee as I
likewise fully understand of the contract I agreed thereto. As you all know, the amount
of Php300,000.00 representing additional reservation fee is my only and remaining
savings and getting back the same would be of great help to start anew.

I am fully aware that the amount of Php300,000.00 is not easy to produce, hence, I am
willing to accept staggered returns of this amount.

Hoping your utmost understanding and kind indulgence on the matter.
