Position Facilities and Fleet Administrator Date June 2013

Business Unit Operations Support Location New Plymouth


Purpose This position exists to support the management of Powerco’s non-network property
and facilities

Key Relationships
Position Reports to: Facilities and Fleet Manager Direct Reports: 0
Key Internal Interfaces: Company Drivers, Administration Support Personnel
Key External Interfaces: Service Providers

Key Result Areas

Person Profile
Qualifications

Essential Desirable
• NCEA Level 3

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum of three years administration experience


• Be able to work independently but still have sense of when consultation / escalation is required

• Strong Customer Focus


• Attention to quality and detail
• Show practicality when responding to issues
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Understanding of purchase order and invoice processes
• Basic Word and Excel and Visio skills
