026835-D, situated in Brgy. Alta Vista, Ormoc City, Island of Leyte,
Philippines. Bounded on xxxx xxxx xxxx; containing an area of SIXTY
FOUR (64) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

unconditionally of the above-described parcel of land unto said
